A long word no longer breaks the page
A cover letter, a message or a note containing one very long word with no spaces ran out of its box and pushed the whole page sideways. That text now wraps everywhere it is shown.

Withdrawn applications can no longer be ticked
The applications list let you select them although no decision about them is possible any more — the tick led to a bulk action that silently skipped them. The checkbox is gone. The bar above it also follows the colour scheme again, instead of being a bright slab in dark mode.

Changing the waiting period no longer switches reapplying off
On a listing, clearing the “days of waiting” field to type a new number took the checkbox above it with it. The checkbox now stays where you put it.

What moderation sees about applications — and what it does not
From today our moderation can see who applied to which listing and when — name, team, listing, time, status. We need that to spot mass-sent applications and to handle complaints from either side. What an application says stays out of reach: the cover letter, the answers and the attachments remain with the team you sent them to. The privacy policy now says so explicitly, and it covers applications you sent earlier too.

Filter the talent directory for volunteers
A new switch narrows a talent search to profiles that state they work unpaid — the counterpart of the rate filter, for the searches where a figure is not what you are looking for.

The talent directory's filters now include a minimum and maximum rate, with a currency — the same way the job list already lets you narrow by pay.

The verification widget no longer flickers right after you submit
Submitting a form successfully used to make the security check visibly redraw for a moment before the page moved on. It now stays hidden for that moment instead.

Moderation can correct any field, not only the text
A moderator could change a headline or a description and nothing else, so anything wrong with a rate, an address, a compensation figure or a screening question could only be answered by suspending the whole listing or profile. All of those can now be corrected instead. Pictures stay the exception: they can be removed, never replaced, and you are told the reason. Every change is recorded and you get a notice naming what was touched.
