How we sort
Last updated: 22 August 2026
This page names the main parameters our lists are sorted by, and their order — including what payment changes about it. It covers the job search, the talent directory and the email digests of saved searches.
Job search (/jobs)
Listings are sorted descending by a score built from four tiers — in this order of weight: 1. A paid boost (strongest factor, time-limited, bought per listing). 2. The team's paid plan (Pro above Plus above Free). 3. A completed server verification. 4. The completeness of the team profile. Ties go to newer listings first. Tiers 1 and 2 are paid influences — paying ranks higher. Search terms and filters narrow the set but do not change the order.
Talent directory (/talents)
Profiles are sorted by: 1. Open to work (open profiles first). 2. Recency of the last profile change. With a search term, text relevance applies instead. There is no paid influence on the order of the talent directory.
Labelling
Listings with an active boost carry the “Sponsored” badge in the lists. The plan influence (tier 2) is not marked per card — it is disclosed here and named on the pricing page. The email digest of saved searches sorts by publication date, not by this score.
