Terms of service
Scope
These terms apply to server teams and talent using MCJobs, an offering by Scrayos UG (haftungsbeschränkt). Registering means you accept them.
Registration and account
Accounts require truthful information. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account except where a third party misused it through no fault of yours.
Service description
MCJobs connects Minecraft server teams with talent. We are not an employment agency in the legal sense and guarantee neither a successful match nor that any two users are suited to each other.
Server team obligations
Listings must be truthful and must not misrepresent compensation, requirements, or the server itself. An unverified server's first listing goes through moderation before it is published.
Talent obligations
Profiles and applications must contain truthful information. Attachments must not infringe third-party rights or contain harmful content.
Memberships, boosts and payment
Memberships renew automatically for the booked period until cancelled. Boosts are one-off purchases with no renewal. Stripe handles payment processing; current prices are on the pricing page.
Moderation and suspension
We may reject, remove or suspend listings, profiles or accounts that violate these terms. Where legally possible, we explain the reason for a suspension.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and under applicable product liability law. For ordinary negligence, we are liable only for breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to foreseeable, typical damage.
Term and termination
Accounts may be cancelled at any time without giving a reason. Memberships can be cancelled effective at the end of the current period; no pro-rata refund is given.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms for the future, for example for new features or a changed legal situation. We announce material changes in advance.
Final provisions
German law applies. To the extent legally permissible, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is the competent court in Bonn. If a provision of these terms is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
