Cancel contracts here

This is where you cancel an organization's paid membership, as § 312k of the German Civil Code provides — no sign-in required. A free account is deleted in your account's privacy settings; payment methods and invoices live in Stripe's customer portal, where a membership can be cancelled as well.

Type of cancellation

Only needed when you cancel for cause.

Left empty, the membership ends at the end of the current billing period. A later date (YYYY-MM-DD) is honoured; an earlier one is not possible for an ordinary cancellation. The confirmation email states the binding end date.
