Changelog

Everything we've shipped recently, newest first.

  1. Fixed

No more repeated caption under the profile views chart

The chart of profile views printed its own description a second time underneath itself. The description was meant for screen readers only and is now hidden again.

  2. Improved

Boosts pause while a team is suspended

When a team is suspended, a paid boost no longer runs into the void: it pauses for the duration of the suspension and afterwards runs longer by the time it missed. New boosts can only be started once the suspension ends, and the suspension email now also says that nothing is billed in the meantime.

  3. Fixed

    Retention periods now enforced

Decided reports, moderation decisions and the consent receipts from purchases are now deleted automatically once their retention period has passed — as the privacy policy promises.

  4. Improved

    Legal texts refined

The terms now spell out what suspension and dissolution of a team mean for its membership and boosts. The privacy policy names every cookie including how long each lives, the withdrawal notice follows the statutory model word for word, and every email carries the provider's mandatory company details.

  5. Improved

    Purchases with notice and confirmation

Buying a membership or a boost now asks you to confirm the immediate start of the service, and after payment a purchase confirmation arrives by email — carrying the full withdrawal notice. The pricing page also states explicitly that all prices include VAT.

  6. New

    Withdrawal and cancellation for consumers

New terms in numbered sections — covering contract formation, usage rights, clear liability and an orderly change procedure. Plus the statutory withdrawal notice with its model form and a cancellation page where a membership can be cancelled without signing in; registration now visibly points to the terms and the privacy policy.

  7. Fixed

Dissolving a team ends its membership

When a team is dissolved, its membership is now cancelled with it, and the remaining time of the current period is refunded automatically — previously the subscription kept renewing for a team that no longer existed. The former owners receive an email about it, including the refunded amount.

  8. Improved

No charge while a team is suspended

If a team is suspended by moderation, its membership stops being billed for as long as the suspension lasts, and no invoice is collected for that time. The membership page says so, and offers to start paying again if you would rather it kept running. Lifting the suspension puts everything back as it was.
