You hear about it when moderation acts
A measure against your listing, your profile or your account arrives as a notification with the reason it was taken. An account that has been banned is given a link to appeal.

Screening questions on a listing
On a paid membership a listing can ask up to five questions — ten on the largest — that every applicant answers before writing a cover letter, and the answers sit in the application beside it. The set is frozen as soon as somebody has applied, so nobody is compared on questions they never saw.

Changing your password no longer strands your session
Setting a new password ended every session including the one you were doing it in, so the next click asked you to sign in again. The tab you are in stays signed in now, and the others are still ended.

A track record both sides confirmed
After a hire, the team can write down what was agreed and the other side confirms it. Nothing is public until each side says so, and a long-running role counts as much as a finished commission: a membership is shown by how long it has lasted, a piece of work by whether it was delivered. Neither is ever added into one number, and nothing about a track record changes where a listing or a profile appears.

Every team gets a small badge to embed on its own site, and a machine-readable feed of its published listings for anything else you want to build.

Profile views for studios, and a shape over time
A studio’s profile views were not counted at all — the figure existed for talents only. They are counted now, and both are drawn as a curve across the period your membership covers instead of standing there as a single number.

Invite a whole studio to apply
A server can now invite a studio the way it already invites a talent. The invitation opens a thread the studio's whole team can read, and a studio that would rather not be approached can say so in its directory settings.
