JustChunks is looking for a Content Creator to grow our social media presence, create engaging content and connect with our community.

## About JustChunks

JustChunks is looking for a creative **Content Creator** to help us grow our presence across social media and communicate what makes our project worth following.

You'll help shape how JustChunks is presented to the outside world — from regular posts and news to community events, weekly recaps and creative marketing campaigns.

## What you'll do

Depending on your interests and strengths, your tasks can include:

* Creating engaging **social media content**
* Writing news, announcements and weekly recaps
* Managing and improving our social media channels
* Creating content that communicates our projects and updates
* Helping shape the **JustChunks brand and visual identity**
* Interacting with our community and responding to questions
* Planning and organizing community events
* Developing and testing new marketing ideas
* Analyzing what content performs well and improving our strategy
* Working closely with developers, builders, artists and other team members to turn project updates into content

You won't be limited to a fixed set of tasks. Our work is organized on a board, and you can choose projects that match your interests and skills.

## What we're looking for

We're not looking for a specific degree, age or number of years of experience. What matters is whether you can create content people actually want to see and communicate effectively.

We're particularly interested in people who have:

* Experience with **social media or content creation**
* Strong written communication skills
* Creativity and a good sense for engaging content
* An interest in **Minecraft and gaming**
* Good communication and community skills
* Motivation to experiment with new formats and ideas
* Reliability and the ability to work independently
* An interest in marketing, branding or community management

Previous professional experience is **not required**. Personal projects, social media accounts, YouTube channels, TikTok accounts or other creative work can be just as relevant.
